Join us for the vibrant RuariSparkle Tutu Run, Walk, and Trot - Foam Party Edition on Sunday, September 21, 2025, in Auburn, Cayuga! This fun-filled event celebrates five years of spreading joy and support to families facing childhood cancers. Participants can choose from several exciting race distances: the timed Tutu Run (2.2 miles), the non-timed Tutu Walk (1 mile) perfect for strollers and families, and the delightful Tutu Trot for children aged 7 and under. For those unable to attend in person, the Tutu Virtual Run/Walk/Skip/Trot (2.2 miles) offers a flexible option to join in from anywhere.
Set against the picturesque backdrop of Yawger Brook Catering and Campground, the day promises an array of festivities including race awards, raffles, and entertainment, along with delicious offerings from food trucks. By participating in this event, you’ll be contributing to the RuariSparkle Parking Fund for the Children's Surgery Center at Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital, which has already aided over 1,000 families. With your support, RuariSparkle continues to make a difference, bringing comfort and sparkle to children in need

COME CELEBRATE 5 YEARS AND COUNTING WITH US!
Five years and we have been busy! The donations from the 2024 race helped continue to support the RuariSparkle Parking Fund for the Children's Surgery Center at Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital which has helped over 1,000 families to date. We were also able to start the RuariSparkle Slime Cart at Golisano Children's Hospital which provides a fun and sparkly activity for hospitalized children. RuariSparkle blankets were once again donated to Golisano Children's Hospital and we even added The Ronald McDonald House (RMH) in on the fun. We will be sponsoring a room at RMH and donating much needed food to stock their pantry for families.
The event is a country road race hosted at Yawger Brook Catering and Campground at 989 Chamberlain Road, Auburn NY. The Tutu Run (2.2 mile) is a timed race with overall and age group awards. The Tutu Walk (1 mile) is a non-timed walk/fun run; strollers, family and friends are welcome. The Tutu Trot is a dash in the grass for ages 7 and under. The Tutu Virtual Run/Walk/Skip/Trot (2.2 mile) is an untimed at your leisure run. Virtual is a great way to participate in the event near or far.
The days events will consist of race awards, raffles, entertainment, a food truck and family fun.
The mission of RuariSparkle is to help families in our community to provide comfort and sparkle to children facing childhood cancers. By Spreading Ruaris Sparkle we seek to exemplify how to be a good human and make good choices. Proceeds from this event will be used at Upstate Golisano Childrens Hospital.
Tutus are _encouraged_ but not required.
