Join us for the 3rd Annual Run For Hope 5K on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at Coldstream Park in Lexington, Fayette! Kicking off at 2 PM, this exciting event aims to raise funds and awareness for mental health initiatives, perfectly timed during Mental Health Awareness Month. Participants can look forward to a flat and fast course along the paved Legacy Trail, making it ideal for runners of all abilities, whether you're a seasoned athlete or a casual walker.
Each participant will receive a commemorative unisex race shirt (available in sizes S-2XL while supplies last), and awards will be given to our top finishers. Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere with music, fun, and fellowship, and don’t miss out on the free race photos courtesy of Paul Martin Photography! Packet pickup will be available on race day from 12:45 PM to 2:00 PM at the RaceRise table. Lace up your shoes and join us in making a difference for individuals and families in need of compassionate clinical counseling through the Hope Springs Counseling Center!

CLOSEDWe need 6-8 volunteers to work a race day shift from 12:30-5:00pm helping with packet pickup/check-in, food/drink, water stops and race clean up. All volunteers earn a commemorative race T-shirt.
