Event summary
Participants can choose from two engaging race distances: a 5K and a 1 Mile Fun Run. The 5K registration fee is $35 until June 20, increasing to $40 thereafter, while the 1 Mile Fun Run costs $15 through June 20 and $20 afterward. There's a special opportunity for amputees, as they can join the 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run for free! Runners will traverse a scenic cross-country course featuring both shaded woodland paths and sunny clearings, complete with volunteers to guide the way. Runners will compete for awards in various categories, and those who register by June 10 are guaranteed a free t-shirt. COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This cross country course starts in an open field and is on a sandy path. Most of it is through the shaded woods but there are some open, sunny spots. Has two loops with 5 turns, we will have volunteers to point the way.
