Join us for the inspiring Run for the Rare High School event on Sunday, June 8, 2025, in beautiful Salem, Marion! This exciting day features a 10k, 5k, and a 1-mile run/walk, all dedicated to raising awareness for International Batten Disease Awareness Day. With 1 in 10 people affected by a rare disease—many of whom are children—your participation is more important than ever. The race will kick off at 10 am outside the Pavilion in the North Meadow, with all participants expected to finish by 1 pm.

For just $20, high school students can compete alongside their peers in a fun and friendly atmosphere while making a significant impact.
