This exciting, Halloween-themed event not only encourages physical fitness but also supports the vital work of the Help Center, which has been providing 24/7 crisis and suicide prevention services for over 53 years.
Participants can choose from a scenic 5k course along the southside trail system and streets, or join in the fun with the Kid's 1k Fun Run around the MSU Football Stadium. For those who prefer to run from the comfort of their own neighborhood, a Virtual event option is also available, allowing you to select your distance and participate from anywhere! Everyone is invited to join the fun—runners, walkers, rollers, strollers, and even friendly dogs are welcome. Come together to promote mental health awareness and enjoy a day of community spirit and healthy activity!

Join us for the 10th Annual Run for Your Life! This Halloween-themed 5k & Kid's Run supports the Help Center's [https://www.bozemanhelpcenter.org/] 24/7 crisis and suicide prevention services. The Help Center has been serving our community for over 53 years! This event aims to bring awareness to suicide prevention, de-stigmatize seeking mental health help, and promote healthy activity to support your mental health. Sign up for our 5k along the southside trail system and streets, the Kid's 1k Fun Run around the MSU Football Stadium or our Virtual event where you can run from anywhere and the distance of your choice. Runners, walkers, rollers, strollers and dogs are all welcome!
