Event summary
Participants can choose to challenge themselves with a scenic 5K run along the picturesque southside trail system and streets or opt for the Kids 1K Fun Run around the MSU Football Stadium. For those who prefer to run at their own pace or in their own space, a Virtual Run option is also available. Runners, walkers, rollers, strollers, and even dogs are all encouraged to join in the festivities. Don your best costume, bring your family and friends, and help us raise awareness for suicide prevention. Every step taken during this event is a step towards hope and healing for our community!
Organiser's Description
This beloved community race raises awareness for suicide prevention, helps break the stigma around seeking mental health care, and inspires movement for the mind, body, and spirit. Choose the 5K along the scenic southside trail system and streets, the Kids 1K Fun Run around the MSU Football Stadium, or our Virtual Runany distance, anywhere.
Runners, walkers, rollers, strollers, and dogs are all welcome. Wear your best costume, bring your community spirit, and join us in making every step count toward hope.

Pick anytime between Oct. 19-26 to participate, submit your time, and photos! You can choose to have your race packet shipped to you during check-out, or you can attend the packet pick up.
