Welcome to Run Like The Wind Trail Running Festival! In collaboration with Puget Sound Energy, Wild Horse Wind and Solar Facility and Run for Good Racing Company we present to you a 5K, 10K, and a free kids dash, woven along the trails, paths and roads of the majestic wind turbines outside of Ellensburg.



These races will be challenging, most likely with a bit of wind, and more certainly with a lot of elevation gain and drop and a few tough trails, but gorgeous with views of Mt. Rainier, the Columbia River and the Eastern Washington plains.



Get a guided tour of the wind farm either before or after your race and see the awesome power of the wind.

Who needs another shirt!!? Registration comes with your choice of a beanie or a mug, custom bib and a finisher's medal. But, in order to lessen our environmental impact, were partnering with Trees Not Tees to offer you the option of planting a tree instead of receiving our event swag. Youll receive a certificate from Trees Not Tees that includes a picture of your tree, details of the species, and a unique geo-location address so you can even go and visit.
