Get ready for a fantastic day of fitness and community spirit at the 16th Annual Run the 'Burg 5K on Saturday, April 26, 2025, in beautiful Harrisburg, Cabarrus! This exciting event, hosted at the new Harrisburg Park, features a 5K race starting at 8 AM, followed by a fun run at 9 AM, making it perfect for participants of all ages and skill levels. The day will also include a Health Fair and Healthy Kids Day from 8 to 10:30 AM, providing fun activities and valuable health information for everyone in attendance.

Participants will have the chance to win awards as prizes will be given to the top three male and female runners in the overall 5K, as well as to the top three in various age categories ranging from 9 and under to 70 and over. Registration kicks off early at 6 AM on race day, with packet pick-up available at the Harrisburg YMCA on April 24 and 25.
