Run The Woods

Join us for the exhilarating Run The Woods event on Saturday, October 4th, 2025, set in the beautiful surroundings of Hudson, McLean. This exciting day will feature two race distances: a 5K and an 8K, both designed to challenge runners while raising funds to support Easterseals Central Illinois and Timber Pointe Outdoor Center. Every child, regardless of their ability, deserves the opportunity to experience the joy of camp, and your participation directly contributes to this noble cause.

Runners can look forward to a vibrant atmosphere with awards for the top overall male and female finishers, as well as recognition for the top male and female in each age group ranging from 14 and under to 60 and over. Don’t forget to pick up your race packet on Friday or from 7 AM to 9:15 AM on race day at Timber Pointe Outdoor Center. With races kicking off at 9 AM, it promises to be a day filled with community spirit, friendly competition, and the joy of giving back. Lace up your running shoes and be part of this wonderful event!
