Ready to go from couch snuggles to finish line sparkles? sparkles Unicorn Strides is a magical, beginner-friendly Sofa to 5K training series designed to help you ease into running (or walking!) with support, joy, and just the right amount of sparkle. Whether youve never run a day in your life or youre looking for a gentle way back into movement, this is your safe, fun, and fabulous starting point. Your Training Includes: unicorn Weekly group meetups with friendly coaching (no yelling, we promise) speech balloon Encouragement and accountability from your fellow unicorns running shoe A training plan that works for real people and real life You bring the heartwell bring the magic. Lets take those first steps together and make race day unforgettable. glowing star Race Training DOES NOT register you for the actual race. You will need to register for the 1M, 5K or 10K to participate on race day. Wednesday Morning Training Meetups Lace up! Join fellow 2026 Run Unicorn Run participants for a free weekly group training session every Wednesday morning at 7 AM, starting July 29, at the Main Street Eureka Springs space - 125 Spring Street. Whether you're running, doing a walk/run mix, or walking your way to the finish line, there's a group for you. Show up, get moving, and train alongside your buddy (or find one when you get there!). Groups meeting weekly: Running Walk/Run Walking led by Wendy Reese Hartmann, a certified YMCA Walk Reebok instructor who has coached multiple 10K, half marathon, and marathon walking groups Training is free and open to all registered Run Unicorn Run participants.
