Join us for the exhilarating Run Wild Rhino Rush on Saturday, July 11th, 2026, at GFC Soccer Park in Georgetown, Scott! This fun-filled event features a vibrant 5K race that takes you on a scenic journey through the beautiful soccer complex, providing the perfect backdrop for an evening of running and camaraderie. The 5K course is designed for runners of all skill levels, making it an ideal choice for beginners and families alike. Plus, don’t miss the chance to participate in the spirited 1 Mile race, perfect for those looking to enjoy a shorter distance or simply join in the fun!
Kick off the evening with the adorable Rhino Dash, a free 1/4 mile loop for kids aged 6 and under, where they’ll chase a parent dressed as a rhino! The 1 Mile race starts at 6:00 PM, with a registration fee of $20, while the 5K race follows at 6:15 PM for just $25. Participants of both races will receive custom awards and memorable goodies, including a unique RunWild Buckle for 5K finishers and a custom RunWild Sticker for 1 Mile participants. Enjoy water and Gatorade at the finish line

Get ready to stomp, dash, and sprint your way through a wildly fun evening of running on Saturday, July 11th, 2025 at GFC Soccer Park in Georgetown! Our 5k course will run through our beautiful soccer complex on the road. Be sure to say hi to the wildlife before the turn-around.
RUNWILD 1 MILE
Not ready for the 5k, or wanting to mix it up in a shorter race? We got you covered! Come run a fast mile this summer with us! 1 Mile finishers will receive a custom RunWild Sticker and bragging rights!
EVENT DAY SCHEDULE
5:45 PM Rhino Dash (Free)
A wild stampede of cuteness! This 1/4 mile loop around the parking lot is for kids ages 6 & under. Parents are welcome to help their little rhinos along the way as they tackle one fun loop. Kids will have the pleasure of chasing one of our parents dressed as a Rhino!
6:00 PM- Run Wild 1 Mile Race ($20)- Come take part in our 1 mile race! Runners/Walkers...crawlers are welcomed! This is a great race for those who just want to be part of the fun!
6:15 PM Rhino Rush 5K ($25)
Ready to take it up a notch? This 2-loop course (1.56 miles per loop) combines a fast and fun layout with a little extra challenge. Great for beginners, families, or anyone ready to let their inner rhino roam free.
Water and Gatorade will be provided at the finish. Cool off and hang out afterwards!
Proceeds from our races go toward registration fees for our team in XC. Last year we were able to use funds to purchase our runners spikes for their races. Help us continue to grow our team and our runners achieve their goals!
SWAG, AWARDS & MORE:
All registered runners (5k) will receive a custom RunWild Buckle and have their results posted to Runsignup to show their friends who missed out on a great race! All 1 mile finishers will receive a custom RunWild Sticker!
We will also have Custom RunWild Running hats available for Purchase at only $20 each. All Proceeds go to our running club to help cover registration fees and timing fees! Thank you!
