Join us for the 9th Annual Run With Deer 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, February 15, 2025, in Big Pine Key, Monroe. The event will start at 8:00 am at the Big Pine Community Park, with pre-registration and packet pickup on Friday, February 14th, and race day registration on Saturday, February 15th. There will be age group awards and a new award for the best costume, encouraging participants to dress as Key Deer or wildlife species. The 5K run will award the top overall male and female, top masters male and female, and top 2 in each 10-year age group, while the 5K walk will award the top 3 overall male and female. Proceeds from the event will benefit The Florida Keys Wildlife Society, supporting the Florida Keys National Wildlife Refuges in protecting habitat and wildlife in the area.
