Get ready for a day of fun and fitness at the Run Young & Free 5K & 1K Fun Run on Saturday, November 22, 2025, in the beautiful Hot Springs National Park, Garland! This exciting event, hosted on the scenic Greenway, encourages participants of all ages to embrace health and wellness while supporting local businesses and non-profits. Lace up your running shoes and choose between the thrilling 5K or the family-friendly 1K fun run, with registration open from 7 AM to 7:50 AM.
The 1K will kick off at 8:00 AM, followed by the 5K at 8:30 AM, allowing runners to enjoy the breathtaking views as they traverse from the new Majestic Park fields to the finish line by the Babe Ruth Field. Participants will receive a stylish race t-shirt and have the chance to win medals for the top three finishers in both male and female categories of the 5K. Join us for a day filled with energy, community spirit, and a celebration of health—let's run young and free!

All Children's Academy's heart behind Run Young & Free is to create an event to inspire health & wellness supporting businesses in the community to sponsor a race for kids & adults promoting health and wellness, while raising awareness for local like-minded businesses and non-profits!
_FUN AHEAD INCLUDES:_
5K/1K Participants ($30/racer with t-shirt) on the Greenway in Hot Springs, AR! Start your run at the NEW Majestic Park fields and run down the beautiful scenic Greenway then finish the 5K running around Majestic Park for the Finish Line coming in by the new Babe Ruth Field!
REGISTRATION FOR 5K/1K IS FROM 7AM - 7:50AM
1K LAUNCH AT 8:00AM
