This vibrant 5K Run/Walk event is not just a race; it’s a fantastic opportunity to support the Olympia Bass Fishing Team, a dedicated youth group that competes across the state in both fall and spring tournaments. By participating, you’ll be helping these young anglers with essential tournament fees, travel costs, and equipment needs, all while enjoying a spirited community atmosphere.
After crossing the finish line, stick around to celebrate at Stanford's Good Old Days Festival! The festivities will include a variety of food and craft vendors, live music, a parade, a car show, pool games, pony rides, a petting zoo, and a thrilling foam party. As the sun sets, cap off your day with a spectacular fireworks display. Awards will be presented for the top male and female overall finishers, as well as for the top male and female in each age group, ranging from 9 and under to 80+. Join us for a day filled with joy, camaraderie, and community spirit!

Organiser's Description
We hope you will join us for our inaugural 5k Run/Walk event supporting the Olympia Bass Fishing Team! Our youth fishing team travels all over the state competing in tournaments in the Fall and Spring. We are dedicated to teaching our young anglers the joys of fishing and promoting teamwork and sportsmanship. Your support will help with tournament fees, travel expenses, and equipment needs.
Following the race, be sure to stick around and enjoy the rest of Stanfords Good Old Days Festival.
