Join us for the inaugural Run Your Mouth 5k event on Sunday, May 4th, 2025, in Grand Rapids, Kent. Organized by Toastmasters, this unique 5k race focuses on fitness, fun, and fellowship. Participants can run, jog, or walk through the scenic trails at Millennium Park, all while experiencing Toastmasters' storytelling and feedback in a new, active setting. Toastmasters can even host their club meetings during the event, making it a meeting on the move! Families are encouraged to join in on the fun, as they learn about communication, listening, and leadership skills while getting some exercise. Guests are also welcome to discover what Toastmasters is all about and why it's beneficial to speak in front of others while breaking a sweat. This is the first ever Run Your Mouth 5k - an event centered around bringing attention to fitness, fun, and fellowship.
Join fellow Toastmasters, their families, and their guests for a brisk run, jog, or walk through the beautiful trails at Millennium Park.

It's the meeting on the move! Sign up to host your clubs' meeting and take on a role or join one of the other clubs and listen to some of West Michigan's best storytellers while getting in your steps.
FOR FAMILIES
Join your loved ones and learn why they enjoy spending time developing communication, listening, and leadership skills while getting an early morning exercise!
FOR GUESTS
Come find out what Toastmasters is all about. We usually do the storytelling and feedback part, but not usually while we're on the move. Its very normal to sweat while speaking in front of others so why not get a workout in at the same time??
