Organiser's Description
The RVA Splash and Dash is a long-standing tradition for families in the Richmond community. This event features individual races for kids and adults as well as an adult-child relay!! The Splash & Dash mission is to provide a safe, fun introduction to multisport. Live Red Foundation (LRF) has been hosting Splash & Dash Races in the Richmond area for over 10 years. All LRF events fund our free fitness programs which teach life skills to low-opportunity communities.
Participants will receive a t-shirt, finishers medal, and award will be presented to the top-3 male and females / age group. Register at least 2 weeks before to be guaranteed a race t-shirt.

Each participant will complete a 100 yd swim followed by a 1 mile run on a safe, fun course. -
Adult & Youth - Relay Races
Incl. $2.50 Fee & T-Shirt

Participants will also have the option to race an adult-child relay whereas parents can race with multiple children. The adult will complete a 50 yd swim and 1/2 mile run before tagging one or multiple children who will complete the same course.
