Come join us for one of the largest fitness extravaganzas in the country! Salty Star is partnering with FitCon to deliver a 5K that takes place around the Mountain America Expo Center, and offers the cheapest officially 5K race in Utah! FitCon is all about finding your fit, and running is no exception! All are welcome to come walk, run, or jog the 3-mile course to conquer the discipline of aerobic endurance! This race will be CHIP TIMED, perfect for if you're looking to throw down some speed for an official PR! We'll have shoe vendors handing out carbon-plated shoes to demo, a DJ truck for vibes before and after the run, electrolytes, protein bars, physcial therapy/stretching, and nutrition supplements from Naak to help support your run! YOUR 5K RACE BIB INCLUDES FREE ACCESS TO FITCON FOR THE ENTIRE WEEKEND, giving access to ALL FitCon activities and events taking place at the expo center over the ENTIRE WEEKEND! No matter your experience level, this 5K is an opportunity to experience the running hype! Age group winners will receive a prize, and the top three overall will be awarded a grand prize. Age groups are as follows: Under 18, 18-24, 25-31, 32-39, 40-49, 50+. BIB PICKUP WILL TAKE PLACE ON 5/29/26 AT THE MOUNTAIN AMERICA EXPO CENTER DURING FITCON FROM 1 PM-5 PM OR AT 8AM ON RACE DAY (5/30/26).
