HOW IT WORKS

* Register for the Virtual Santa Hustle 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, or Marathon Race (Domestic Only)
* You will receive your swag (shirt, hat, beard, bib and medal) in the mail at the end of November and early December depending on when you registered.
* Run/Walk your race during the designated dates (Dec. 1 through Dec.31).
* Upon completion, wear your finisher medal proud!
* If you want a PDF certificate emailed to you, please submit your Name, Date of Completion, and Time online!
* Enjoy the satisfaction of your success and being a part of the Santa Hustle Race Series!

START/FINISH

* Anywhere you want to participate! It can be inside on a treadmill, outside near your home or even somewhere exotic. You choose the place!

* All items, including medals, will be shipped to you during the month of November or December. You will receive an email when your items have shipped.

REFUNDS

* Since Santa Claus has many upfront costs, we have a strict and uniform policy of no refunds or exchanges, no person-to-person transfer, or no deferrals to a future year. We do understand that plans change, injuries happen, and various holiday festivities and situations arise, but, we feel it is most fair to apply a uniform policy to all, instead of a subjective line of who should receive a refund and who doesnt. All purchases and sales are 100% final, no exceptions. Refunds will not be issued based on weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
