Hosted by Girls Who Run DFW, this female-only 5K is all about celebrating strong women, community, and running (or walking!) into summer together. Expect high-energy encouragement, fun vibes, and of course a delicious sweet finish thats totally worth the run. Whether youre chasing a PR or just here for the fun, grab your girls and come scoop up some summertime miles with us! sparkles The Little Scoops dash registration includes a custom bib and finisher medal.

Age groups will be awarded 3 deep in the following divisions for the 5k event: 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+. WE WILL NOT SHIP AWARDS
