Join us for the 35th Annual Sea Girt 5K & Kids' Races on Saturday, August 1, 2026, in the picturesque town of Sea Girt, Monmouth, NJ! Organized by SeaGirt5k, this beloved summer tradition at the Jersey Shore offers an exhilarating 5K run/walk through the scenic beauty of Sea Girt. Although the 5K race has sold out, there's still plenty of fun for everyone, including exciting kids' races and a variety of activities designed to entertain the whole family.
Starting at 8:30 AM, participants can enjoy a vibrant atmosphere featuring live music, custom T-shirts, chip timing, and medals for all finishers. The kids' races, taking place at 10:00 AM, will have short sprints tailored for different age groups, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for our youngest athletes. With activities ranging from inflatable rides to face painting, there’s no shortage of excitement!
