When you check in on race day, youll receive a wristband that gives you access to all amenities.

Parking is charged at an hourly rate with the Park App.

Join us SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 2ND, 2025 for the second annual SHATTER THE STIGMA 5K RUN/WALK a powerful community event raising awareness around the healing potential of psychedelics for VETERANS AND FIRST RESPONDERS facing treatment-resistant mental health conditions.

Psychedelic-assisted therapy is no longer fringe even the U.S. DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE RECENTLY COMMITTED $9.8 MILLION [https://www.militarytimes.com/news/your-military/2025/03/17/dod-commits-98-million-to-study-psychedelics-for-active-duty-troops/] toward RESEARCHING ITS EFFECTS FOR VETERANS. Meanwhile, a recent RAND REPORT [https://www.rand.org/pubs/research_reports/RRA2825-1.html] shows over 8 MILLION AMERICANS USED PSYCHEDELICS IN THE PAST YEAR a massive increase from 5.5 million in 2019. As science evolves and stigma fades, our mission is to ensure these treatments are SAFE, SUPPORTED, AND ACCESSIBLE.

We walk and run not just for awareness but to REDUCE HARM, FUND HEALING, AND EXPAND ACCESS to trusted psychedelic care.

This event is more than a 5K ITS A MOVEMENT TO REFRAME THE CONVERSATION AROUND PSYCHEDELICS, whether you walk, run, or simply show up youre helping build a future where psychedelics are not a stigmatized.

HEAT WARNING

Temperature/humidity can be high in South Florida. Participants should drink plenty of fluids(non-alcoholic) for 48 hours prior to, during and upon finishing the race. Beware of heat-injury symptoms (Dizziness, no sweating, nausea, cramps, redness, incoherent speech and thoughts). Seek immediate assistance if symptoms occur. Wear loose, light colored clothing.
