Organiser's Description
This event will take place during Shawano Sundrop Dayz on Saturday, June 7, 2025. A registration tent will be set up on E. Elizabeth St. just West of Lincoln St. Registration and check in will begin at 7:30 am with the 5K Run/Walk beginning at 9:00 am.
The entire course will be a combination of city streets and the Mountain Bay Trail.
ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY PRIOR TO RACE DAY. Event fees will not be reimbursed due to cancellation of the event or if the registrant cannot participate in the event. Participants must register no later than MAY 17TH to receive the desired t-shirt size. If you register after the deadline, the t-shirt and/or size will depend on availability.
ONLINE REGISTRATION IS OPEN UNTIL 11:59 PM ON FRIDAY, JUNE 6.
Participants can still register on day of race ($35) from 7:30 to 8:45 a.m.
Awards will be given to the top male and female in each division.

Pre-race 20-minute "Ready, Set, Flow Yoga!" w/ Debbie Lonick-RYT at 8:15 am
Free chair massages before and after the run
Free 10-minute passive stretch before and after the run

Electrolyte drink for runners
Cooling towels and band-aids for runners (as needed)
Free 10-minute passive stretch before and after the run
Spinal assessments, sports & nutritional advice from our doctors
