Get ready for an exhilarating day at the 4th annual Shawnee Sasquatch 5K, taking place on Saturday, October 4th, 2025, in the charming town of Harrisburg, Saline! This exciting event invites runners and walkers of all ages to embrace the spirit of competition and community while enjoying the beautiful fall scenery. The race will kick off at the Harrisburg Courtyard, conveniently located across the street from 2 N Vine St. Harrisburg, IL.
Participants who register by August 15th will receive a fabulous swag bag and T-shirt, while those who sign up by September 15th will still get a T-shirt. Don't worry if you miss these dates; same-day registration will be available for race-only entries. Be sure to pick up your race packet at Harrisburg City Hall on October 2nd or 3rd, or grab it on the event day. With awards up for grabs in both running and walking categories across various age groups, there’s something for everyone! Join us for a fun-filled day of fitness and camaraderie that you won’t want to miss!

PACKET PICKUP will be at Harrisburg City Hall. On Thurs 10/2 from 7 am to 3 pm or Fri 10/3 from 7 am to 6 pm. We encourage early packet pickup, however, packet pick up will be available the day of the event.
