COURSE DESCRIPTION: LIVE RACE
THE 5K (3.1 MILES) RACE IS CHIP-TIMED AND PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A BIB WITH A TIMING CHIP ATTACHED. THE CHIP WILL BEGIN TIMING ONCE YOU CROSS THE START LINE, RECORDING YOUR NET TIME UNTIL YOU CROSS THE FINISH LINE. THE FUN RUN AND STROLLER STROLL ARE UNTIMED/UNCHIPPED EVENTS. PARTICIPANTS WILL BE RUNNING/WALKING ON BOTH GRASS AND CONCRETE SURFACES OF VARYING TERRAIN.
