JOIN US FOR THE THIRD ANNUAL TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS SHE IS FOOTBALL RUN/WALK. MOVE WITH US ON SATURDAY, MARCH 6, AS OUR COMMUNITY COMES TOGETHER, UNITED BY A SHARED PASSION TO UPLIFT GIRLS IN SPORTS. THE ROUTE WILL TAKE YOU THROUGH THE TEAM'S ICONIC FACILITIES, INCLUDING RAYMOND JAMES STADIUM, BEFORE FINISHING INSIDE THE ADVENTHEALTH TRAINING CENTER INDOOR FACILITY.
NEW IN 2027: TAKE IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL WITH THE SHE IS FOOTBALL 10K, A LONGER, MORE CHALLENGING COURSE FOR SERIOUS RUNNERS.
SHE IS FOOTBALL WEEKEND CELEBRATES GIRLS AND WOMEN ACROSS TAMPA BAY, USING SPORTS AS A CATALYST TO DEVELOP THE NEXT GENERATION OF FEMALE LEADERS. COURSE DESCRIPTION: LIVE RACE
THE 5K (3.1 MILES) AND 10K (6.2 MILES) RACES ARE CHIP-TIMED, AND PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A BIB WITH A TIMING CHIP ATTACHED. THE CHIP WILL BEGIN TIMING ONCE YOU CROSS THE START LINE, RECORDING YOUR NET TIME UNTIL YOU CROSS THE FINISH LINE. THE FUN RUN AND STROLLER STROLL ARE UNTIMED/UNCHIPPED EVENTS. PARTICIPANTS WILL BE RUNNING/WALKING ON BOTH GRASS AND CONCRETE SURFACES OF VARYING TERRAIN.
