THESE POLICE DOGS ARE OFTEN THE FIRST RESPONDERS ON DANGEROUS SCENES, AND THEIR PROTECTIVE VESTS ARE SOMETIMES THE ONLY THING STANDING BETWEEN THEM AND HARM UNTIL THEIR HUMAN PARTNERS CAN HELP.
