This uplifting 5K run/walk is dedicated to the memory of Joey, who tragically passed away from an asthma attack on May 9th, 2025. In honor of Asthma Awareness Month, this event aims to unite the community while raising vital awareness about asthma and its effects on daily life.
Participants of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to either run or walk the 5K course. Check-in begins at 8:30 AM, with the race kicking off at 9:30 AM. A special moment of silence will be observed at 11:11 AM to reflect on Joey's life, as November 11th marks his birthday. For just a $25 registration fee, participants will receive a commemorative event t-shirt, along with drinks and snacks at the finish line. Come out, show your support, and help spread awareness while honoring Joey's memory in this meaningful event!

This 5K run/walk is being held in memory of Joey, who passed away on May 9th, 2025, following an asthma attack. In honor of his life, and in recognition of Asthma Awareness Month, this event aims to bring the community together while raising awareness about asthma and its impact on everyday health.
Whether you choose to run, walk, or simply show your support, your participation helps spread awareness and honors Joeys memory in a meaningful way.
