Get ready for an exciting day of fun and fitness at the Skippin & Sippin event on Saturday, October 25, 2025, in beautiful Gulf Shores, Baldwin! This vibrant gathering is dedicated to supporting local cancer patients during the iconic Meeting of the Minds 2024. Participants can choose between a spirited 5k run or a delightful Fun Run, both taking place at the scenic LuLu's at Homeport Marina.
Registration is now open, with early bird rates available until October 18—just $30 for adults and $25 for children aged 12 and under. After the deadline, the fees will increase slightly, so be sure to sign up early! Runners can also compete for exciting prizes, with awards for the top male and female overall, as well as the top finishers in various age groups. Everyone who participates in the Fun Run will receive a ribbon to commemorate their achievement. Join us for a day of community spirit, healthy competition, and the chance to make a difference!

PARROT HEADS IN PARADISE presents _Skippin & Sippin 2024_. Join us as we skip and sip to support _LOCAL_ cancer patients during _Meeting of the Minds 2024_. The 5k & Fun Run will take place at LuLu's at Homeport Marina in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Postmarked after Oct. 18- $35 (13+), $30 (12 & Under)
For no t-shirt, subtract $2.00 from registration total.
**$3 processing fee plus sales tax per transaction**
_Top male and female Overall and top three male and female in age groups: 9 and under, 1014, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-80, and 80+. Fun Run finishers receive ribbons._
