Welcome to the Sloth and Proud 5K Virtual Race! Embrace your inner sloth and join us for a fun, inclusive, and laid-back race that you can run, walk, wheel, or stroll at your own pace. Event Details:

Date: Anytime between June 1 and June 30, 2024
Location: Anywhere you choose! Run or walk in your neighborhood, at a local park, or even on a treadmill.
Distance: 5 kilometers (3.1 miles)
How It Works:

Register: Sign up online and choose your preferred swag.
Run, Wheel, or Walk: Complete the 5K distance at your convenience within the event dates.
Submit Your Time: Let me know you completed the distance via the event page or event chat. Remember, it's not about speedit's about celebrating your own pace!
Earn Your Swag: All participants will receive a custom Sloth and Proud 5K medal and have the option to select a tank top, t-shirt, hoodie, or all three!
