Get ready to lace up your sneakers for the Sneakers on the Ground 5K, taking place on Saturday, May 31, 2025, in beautiful Shreveport, Caddo! This exciting event kicks off with a 1/2 mile Fun Run at 8:00 AM, followed by the main 5K race starting at 8:15 AM. Registration will open at 7:15 AM on race day, with the opportunity to join as a team to promote health and fitness in the Shreveport-Bossier area.
Participants can register for the Fun Run for just $10 (ages 10 and under) or secure a spot in the 5K for $25 until May 30th, with a $30 fee available on race day. Don't forget to pick up your race packet and T-shirt at Sportspectrum on May 29th or 30th, or at the race site on the morning of the event. Age group winners will receive exciting prizes, and the overall male and female champions will also be recognized. Stay afterward to enjoy refreshments and celebrate your accomplishments!
