Join us on Saturday, December 6, 2025 in Tampa at Al Lopez Park! The Girls on the Run 5K is open to the public and is for EVERYONE!
It's a 5K like no other - girl power sparkle, cheers and encouragement abound! Everyone is free to be themselves (AKA AMAZING) and complete the 5K at their own happy pace and with their own unique style.
The Girls on the Run 5K event is the culminating celebration for every girl who has completed their 8-week Girls on the Run or Heart & Sole program. In the weeks leading up to the 5K, Girls on the Run inspires girls to take charge of their lives and define the future on their terms. It's a place where girls learn they can. No constraints. Only opportunities to be remarkable. Proceeds from our 5K sponsor girl scholarships so more girls can be a Girl on the Run!
