22 soldiers commit suicide on average every single day. This medal challenge is to help raise awareness for those lost to suicide.
Activity type: Running, pushups, or weightlifting
Difficulty level: Easy to Medium
Challenge Requirements:
Wear your most patriotic gear when completing this challenge
Must post picture or video on social media with hashtag #pspsworkoutforacause
AND
22-mile race challenge adding up to a total of 22 miles. Nominate someone else at each run.
OR
22 pushups for 22 days posting and nominating others
OR
