The 5K race starts at 3:00 PM, taking you on a scenic route down Maple Street, through the picturesque Carrollton Greenbelt, and into the heart of the University of West Georgia, wrapping around the historic Love Valley. All finishers will be awarded a fabulous medal to commemorate their accomplishment! With awards for various categories, including Overall Male and Female, Masters, and Grand Masters, along with special shoe brand awards to be announced later, there’s something for every runner to strive for. Plus, indulge in delicious food from Berry & Joes Food Truck and join in the cake-cutting celebration afterward. Don’t miss out on the chance to party with fellow running enthusiasts at this unforgettable birthday bash!

It's time to celebrate! Birthday Bash #3 is here. Sign up for this 5K and party like it's a marathon! SoleRoots Running Co is turning three years old. We can't believe it and we want to share the biggest birthday celebration with all our walking and running buddies! Our Birthday Bash has so many festivities you don't want to miss out. A few changes to note for this year's event. We have moved to the afternoon to race. Why??? This allows us to keep the party going after the run without having to wake up early.
