This walk was started to commemorate the new bill signed by Governor Abbott designating October as Fentanyl Awareness Month. Our 2nd Annual Walk will be held at the same location as last year's walk, Brook's City-Base at The Greenline on October 13th at 4:30 p.m. Candlelight vigil will follow the walk.

We will have food trucks, live music, vendor tables, speakers, and much more. It's free to attend the event but if you want to participate in the walk, there is a $25.00 fee. The fee will cover your entry fee, race t-shirt, a lovely drawstring backpack with our logo, and a wristband.

There will be tables and chairs but seating will be limited. You are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets to sit and enjoy the music and eat after the walk.
