The race kicks off at 9:00 AM, rain or shine, with an entry fee of $35 (or $30 for kids), and participants can register and check in between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM. The urban 5K course, measuring 3.1 miles, features varied terrain with clear mile markers and arrows marking each turn. Plus, there are exciting giveaways for early registrants and fundraisers! The Somerville Homeless Coalition is excited to announce our 30th Annual Somerville 5K Road Race on Saturday, October 4th! Join us as we get ready to run, walk, and stroll through the heart of Davis Square to raise support and awareness for our most vulnerable neighbors. Last year over 500 friends, family, and supporters turned out and took to the streets to help end homelessness, hunger, and eviction.
RACE DAY:
START: 9:00AM (rain or shine) - race starts on the hour!
ENTRY FEE: $35, $30 for kids (Day of: $40, $35 for kids)
REGISTRATION & CHECK-IN: On race day 7:30AM - 8:30AM
Registration, start, finish and awards ceremony take place behind the old Rite Aid at the end of the Bike Path near Highland Avenue and Grove Street in Davis Square.

RESULTS: Professional, computerized CHIP TIMING and results by Spitler Race Systems.
