This vibrant event is set to benefit adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, encouraging community support while promoting health and wellness. The day kicks off with registration starting at 8:30 AM, followed by the exciting 5K race at 10:00 AM on a USATF certified course.
Whether you choose to run, walk, or roll, this inclusive event welcomes participants of all ages and abilities, including furry friends on a leash! Don’t miss the awards ceremony and lunch scheduled around 11:00 AM, where you can celebrate your achievements with fellow participants. Pre-register by April 6th to secure your event T-shirt and take advantage of the early-bird rate of just $35 until April 25th. Day-of registration will be available for $40. Come out, have fun, and support a great cause!

COME OUT AND SUPPORT SPECTRUM FOR LIVING AT OUR MICHAEL B. CARPENTER 5K, WALK & DOGGIE DASH, BENEFITING ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES! THIS EXCITING 5K EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE AT OVERPECK PARK (RIDGEFIELD PARK AREA III), FEATURING A USATF CERTIFIED COURSE. REGISTRATION OPENS AT 8:30 AM, WITH THE RACE STARTING AT 10:00 AM. AWARDS AND LUNCH WILL FOLLOW AROUND 11:00 AM.
THE RACE KICKS OFF NEAR THE AMPHITHEATER, WHERE PARKING IS AVAILABLE. IF YOURE COMING FROM CHALLENGER ROAD, THE AMPHITHEATER AND GREAT LAWN WILL BE ON YOUR RIGHT.
EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO RUN, WALK, OR ROLL THROUGH THE PARK WITH OR WITHOUT YOUR DOG. JUST MAKE SURE YOUR DOG IS LEASHED, UP-TO-DATE ON VACCINATIONS, AND WELL-BEHAVED WITH PEOPLE AND OTHER DOGS.
