Come cool off in the heat of summer to run or walk your way through this fun filled 5K with the community. Whether youre testing your summer training with this race or enjoying the beautiful morning along the river with friends and family, this event by Simply Hope Family Outreach is for everyone, and benefits everyone. With aid-station volunteers armed with water guns and through the help of our local fire department, youre sure to make a splash and stay cool while you and other participants raise funds to directly benefit families and mental health needs in the community.
Simply Hope Family Outreach, Teen Hope, and Safe Teen Assessment Services are dedicated to providing support, guidance, and education to families and teens. Our mission is to create a safe and positive environment where families and teens can thrive, and to empower them with the tools they need to reach their full potential.

RACE DAY SCHEDULE:
7:00 a.m. Registration opens
8:00 a.m. Race begins
REGISTRATION: $25 through JULY 17TH and $35 beginning JULY 18TH. Registration includes an event T-shirt.
AWARDS: Medals will be awarded to the top overall male and female finishers, as well as to the top two male and female finishers in each age division.
*We ask that those pushing strollers or those with pets to please start near the back. All dogs must be controlled on non-retractable leashes, with a length no longer than 6 feet.
