Organiser's Description
SPLISH-SPLASH THIS SUMMER AT THE SPLASH ZONE AQUATIC CENTER! The 5K-10K-1 Mile races will start and finish at the Eagle City Soccer Complex (which is located next to the Splash Zone Aquatic Center!) The courses are out and back (heading North) on the Simon Kenton Trail (paved).
AFTER THE RACE ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE ENTRY INTO AN EXCLUSIVE PARTY INSIDE SPLASH ZONE FROM 7:00PM - 9:00PM!
At Splash Zone, youll slip and dart along 400 feet of water slides, float around our 280-foot lazy river, and spin around the water vortexOhios first bowl slide! Splash Zone includes zero-depth beach entry, a spray ground, a 25-yard competition pool and a pair of one-meter diving boards. Splash Zone is an ADA-Accessible facility offering zero-depth pool entry and a lift system.
The after race party will include food, drinks, snacks, treats, music and prizes!

Splash Zone policy is that all children 17 years and younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult, 18 or older with proper age identification and they must remain inside the waterpark at ALL times.
Every parent, or responsible adult over 18, needs to register for a race in order to gain access into the Splash Zone party.
All children 5 years and under are free if accompanied by a responsible adult who is registered for a race.
Since this is private party, you are permitted to bring in your own food/snacks as well.

This race will be timed and results will be posted. If the weather is hot and sunny (as we expect it to be) know that almost the entire course is shaded and a water station will be available at the turn around. The goal of Run Bob Racing is to plan fun races that reward runners who are out there faithfully day after day no matter the conditions picking them up and putting them down! Therefore, no age-based awards will be given, however everyone will receive entry into the Splash-Zone waterpark and will receive a Splish-Splash prize. -

This race will be timed and results will be posted. If the weather is hot and sunny (as we expect it to be) almost the entire course is shaded and a water station will be available at mile 1.5 and again at mile 4.7. The goal of Run Bob Racing is to plan fun races that reward runners who are out there faithfully day after day no matter the conditions picking them up and putting them down! Therefore, no age-based awards will be given, however everyone will receive entry into the Splash-Zone waterpark and will receive a Splish-Splash prize. -
Fun Run 1 Mile

In order to avoid congestion on the course, the 1 Mile Fun Run will begin three minutes after the 5K/10K start. It will be an out and back run on the paved trail. The fun run is open to participants of all ages. Parents or guardians with younger children may choose to turn around at any point before the half mile point and complete the course! The goal of Run Bob Racing is to plan fun races that reward runners who are out there faithfully day after day no matter the conditions picking them up and putting them down!
