This vibrant event is designed for young runners aged 15 and under, offering a fantastic opportunity for kids to participate in either a non-competitive run, where they can enjoy age-appropriate distances on the track, or a competitive mile race with prizes awarded to the top three finishers in each gender. The fun kicks off at 6 PM with the non-competitive runs, followed by the thrilling mile races.
A special highlight of the event is the Survivor Lap, where current and former St. Jude patients are invited to take a lap on the track, celebrating their strength and resilience. Registration is just $15 per child, or $50 for families with four or more children, and every participant will receive a stylish event shirt. Plus, there will be delicious food trucks on-site to keep everyone fueled for the fun! Make sure to register by July 9th to guarantee a shirt for your child. New for 2025, the St Jude Eureka Kids Run is presented by the St Jude Eureka to Peoria Run.
This event is for kids ages 15 and under*.
Runners have the option to choose between two types of runs:
* A non-competitive run where kids are grouped by age and run a specific distance on the track, appropriate for their age group.
* A competitive mile (without age groups) with minor prizes awarded to the top three finishers of each gender.
The non-competitive runs will start at 6 PM, followed by the mile race(s).
After the race(s), there will be a Survivor Lap, where any current or former St. Jude patients are invited to take a lap on the track (registration is not required to participate in the Survivor Lap).
The registration cost is $15 per child or $50 for all immediate children in a family of four or more. All participants will receive a shirt that matches the shirts of our adult run team for the year. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REGISTER BY JULY 9TH TO GUARANTEE A SHIRT FOR YOUR CHILD!
Additionally, we will have food trucks on-site to satisfy your hunger (more specific information will be provided as it becomes available). Please note that construction in the area of the track this year may require us to make some adjustments for this event, including parking, bathrooms, and food truck locations. Rest assured, we will figure all that out to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone!
