Choose between a scenic 5K route through the beautiful Blanco State Park or a family-friendly 1K option around the neighborhood. The festivities begin with a heartfelt tribute to our brave first responders and veterans, followed by a lively parade and the Fun Run.
Race packet pick-up kicks off at 6 PM at St. Michael & All Angels Episcopal Church, where you will receive your race shirt, map, bib, and other essential information. After the run, enjoy delicious food and engaging activities for everyone to enjoy. Don't miss this wonderful opportunity to be part of a community celebration while supporting a great cause! Come out for our Fun Run through the Blanco State Park to support Homes For Our Troops. Choose from a 5K or 1K option. All ages and abilities welcome.
This race is hosted by St. Michael & All Angels Episcopal Church of Blanco, Texas in celebration of St. Michael's Day. St. Michael's Day honors our first responders and veterans, and is a fun, family-friendly evening. After we honor our first responders, there will be a small parade, followed by the Fun Run. Food and activities are available for those not racing, or for when you get back from the run! The 5K begins and ends at the Church, and you'll run through the Blanco State Park and back. The 1K will be a short route around the neighborhood by the Church. We hope to see you there!
