Organiser's Description
Come walk or run the "Stacks and Steps" Pancake Breakfast races on Saturday, April 11, 2026! This event is hosted by Downtown Ministries of Goshen, IN, an organization committed to loving our neighbor and serving our city. At Downtown Ministries, we empower individuals and families who have experienced poverty, addiction, unstable housing, and other difficult life circumstances. We believe every person has God-given potential, with unique gifts and talents that deserve to be developed. Proceeds from this race directly support our life-changing programs. When you register, you are helping provide shelter, mentorship, job training, and hope to families in our community.
We will be hosting a 2 mile, 1 mile, and half mile walk or run, with a pancake breakfast to follow.
The event costs $35 per individual if you pre-register, and $40 if you register day-of. Children 12-5 will only cost $15 per event. Kids under 5 are free! There is also a special family of 4 pricing of $70.
ARRIVAL & PARKING
Parking will be in the main lot at Sugar Grove Church. Plan to arrive at least 3045 minutes before race start time. Allow extra time for parking, walking to the start line, bib & shirt pick-up, and restroom use. There will be runners, walkers, and families (including children) moving through the lot. Please drive slowly and follow all volunteer directions.
AWARDS
All those who pre-register will receive a complimentary entry into the pancake breakfast, a goodie bag, and a finishers prize! ADULT PARTICIPANTS ONLY will also receive a t-shirt. There will also be overall and age-group awards for each race.
