Join MCN Health for the Stay Alive, Stay Mvskoke 5K & Fun Run, a community event focused on promoting mental health awareness, connection, and support. This event is part of our ongoing efforts through the 988 Lifeline initiative to remind our community that help is always available and no one has to face challenges alone.
Whether youre an experienced runner, a casual walker, or bringing your family for the fun run, this event welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels. Together, we take steps toward stronger, healthier communitiesphysically, mentally, and emotionally.
