Please join us on Saturday April 29, 2023 for the Stella 5K and Kids 1/2 Mile Run at the Stewart Lodge at Mendon Ponds Park in Honeoye Falls, NY! The run is being brought to you by Camp Stella Maris in Livonia, NY and proceeds from the event are being used to provide full and partial scholarships for campers as part of the Campership program. Please note: This course is entirely on TRAILS. No strollers, dogs, or headphones allowed for safety.
For more than 96 years Camp Stella Maris has been a home away from home for campers to try new and exciting things, meet new friends, and challenge themselves. Located just 30 minutes south of Rochester on the shores of Conesus Lake, CSM has programs for campers ages 5-17. Traditionally an overnight summer camp, Camp Stella Maris also offers Day Camp, and Teen Programs. When creating summer camp magic isn’t on the agenda, CSM offers year-round programming, facility rentals for retreats, and team building programs.
5K registration entry includes:-Chip timing via Spirit Timing-Digital race photos via Spirit Timing-Long sleeve t-shirt (Please note: any registrations AFTER 4/10/23 are not guaranteed a shirt)-Post race food-1 raffle entry for $100 off Camp Stella Maris registration
Kids 1/2 mile fun run includes: -Long sleeve t-shirt (Please note: any registrations AFTER 4/10/23 are not guaranteed a shirt)-Numbered bib-Post race food-Finishers certificate-Pre race bounce house and games-1 raffle entry for $100 off Camp Stella Maris registration
Packet pickup Held the morning of the race at the Stewart Lodge beginning at 8:00 am
Awards Top 3 overall Male and Female winners will receive CSM merchandiseAge Group Awards (certificates) to Top Male/Female 10 year age groups (14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49...)
We will be giving away (3) $100 Gift Certificates to Camp Stella Maris. Names are drawn after the run. All participants will automatically be entered into the drawing. 5K Referral rewards: Refer 5 friends receive $15 back from your registration fee Refer 10 friends and receive a FULL registration refund Refer 25 friends and receive a FULL registration refund AND one of a kind CSM swag
The camper with the most referrals will win a pizza party for their cabin! Share the link you receive after registration. When people sign up with your link, you earn referral points!
Please note: There will not be an awards ceremony. Awards will be mailed out the week following the run.
Cup Free Race:There will be a water stop on the course, but you must bring your own bottle. There will be no cups available at the aid station.
Parking Info:There is some parking at Stewart Lodge. There is also a parking lot about 200 feet away.
