Steps Against Cancer 5k Run & 1 Mile Walk

SUNDAY, MAY 21, 2023 @ 10:00 AM
This event is organized by Orchard Park High School students who wish to see greater support for cancer patients, for equity-focused research, and for legislation that will benefit the lives of those affected by cancer and reduce the risk of cancer for all individuals.
Race-Day Events: East Aurora Soccer Fields
363 Knox Rd (behind Knox Farm State Park)
East Aurora NY 14052
The run and walk courses will both go throughout Knox Farm State Park.
Please note: The 5k course is a cross-country style course, and the 1-mile walk is a paved course.
PROCEEDS TO BENEFIT:
This event is organized and sponsored by the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN). To read more about the impact and vision of ACS CAN, please click here.
All proceeds will go towards cancer prevention (cancer screening), cancer research, tobacco control, support for cancer patients, and other efforts to widen the availability of health care to all individuals.
Contributions or membership payments to the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, Inc. are not tax deductible
