A Four-Hour Challenge Event
Community members of all ability levels are invited to dedicate 4 hours of running and walking to honor those who have given yearsand, in many cases, lifetimesin service to our country.
Why Four Hours?
These four hours represent the four core values that define our Nations Veterans:
Honor Courage Commitment Sacrifice
THE COURSE
Run or walk as many loops as possible within four hours
Each loop is approximately 4 miles, clearly marked, and designed for varying ability levels
Each loop may take 60-90 minutes or longer
All participants are encouraged to complete at least one loop.
At the 3.5-hour mark, no new laps will be started
Teams may have all members on the course at the same time.
An accessible shorter loop option on pavement is available
