Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the exhilarating Summer Sprint Series 2026, taking place in the vibrant community of Mandeville, St Tammany! Kicking off on Wednesday, May 6th, this fantastic series invites runners of all levels to join the fun and stay active throughout the summer. The series features three exciting race events: the Summer Kickoff Sprint (2 miles) on May 6th, where participants can enjoy refreshing watermelon slices post-run and show off their summer spirit in colorful attire; the Global Running Day 5k on June 3rd, celebrating the joy of running worldwide; and the thrilling Red, White & Zoom Sparkler Sprint (2 miles) on July 1st, complete with popsicles and a chance to sport patriotic colors.

By completing at least two out of the three events, participants will earn a fun t-shirt to commemorate their summer running journey. Each race is self-timed on an honor system, allowing runners to compete at their own pace, while the top 5 male and female finishers will earn a spot on the leadership board for some healthy competition and bragging rights.
