Participants in the 7-10 age group will tackle a 100-meter swim, a 2.5-mile bike ride, and a 0.5-mile run, while the older kids aged 11-16 will face a 200-meter swim, a 5-mile bike course, and a 1-mile run. All athletes are encouraged to arrive by 7:15 a.m. for the 7:30 a.m. race start. With medals guaranteed for the first 200 participants, early registration is a must! Plus, schools can compete for a $250 prize for their multimedia center by having the most registrants. This event allows your children, ages 7-16, to swim, bike, and run through the beautiful neighborhood and trails of The Ponds community.
*As this is a fundraiser, there are no refunds.

AGE GROUPS: 7-10 & 11-16 yrs
START TIME: All age groups should be on the pool deck by 7:15am. The race will start at 7:30am.
