Get ready for an exhilarating day of running at the Bill Heideman Championships, hosted by the Summit Athletic Running Club on Thursday, August 7, 2025! This exciting event will take place at the scenic Silver Creek Metro Park in Barberton, Summit, and features three thrilling race distances: a challenging 5K, a speedy 2 Mile starting at 6:30 PM, and a fun 1 Mile race kicking off at 6:00 PM.
Join fellow runners and kick off the Cross Country season in style! Packet pick-up will begin at 5:15 PM, so be sure to arrive early to grab your t-shirt and bib number. Plus, there will be race day registration available until 6:15 PM for those who want to join in the fun at the last minute! Celebrate your achievements at the awards ceremony at 7:30 PM, where medals will be awarded to the top finishers in the 2 Mile and 5K events, and all 1 Mile participants will receive ribbons at the finish line. Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to compete and connect with the running community!
