With the starting line set at 22nd Ave and the Boardwalk, the race features minimal running in the sand, making it accessible for everyone. Participants can compete for awards, including overall male and female winners, as well as age group prizes spanning from 1-15 to 60+. Additionally, teams can join the friendly competition across categories such as Civilian, Police, Fire, and Beach Patrol—just gather a minimum of five members to score! Don’t forget to register by July 3 to secure your race t-shirt. Get ready for a fantastic day of community spirit, fitness, and fun in the sun!

New for 2025: The race will take place along the beach, to limit the amount of road closures and promote the most safety for participants. The race will have less than 1 block of running in the sand. Starting line will be 22nd Ave and the Boardwalk.
Awards, first overall male and female and age groups 3 deep male and female, 1-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60+. Team Competition: Top 3 teams Civilian, Police, Fire, and Beach Patrol. Minimum 5 members each, top 3 on each team score.
