Join us for the exciting Sunny Willow Youth Splash and Dash on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Willow Grove in Montgomery! This vibrant event invites young athletes aged 7-15 to dive into the thrilling world of multi-sport competitions through an engaging aquathlon format. Participants between the ages of 7-10 will tackle a 100-meter pool swim followed by a 1-kilometer run, while those aged 11-15 will take on a slightly more challenging 150-meter swim and 1.5-kilometer run.
Every participant will walk away with a custom finishers medal to celebrate their achievements, and to top it off, a complimentary breakfast will be provided for all! The Sunny Willow Splash and Dash is proudly sanctioned by USA Triathlon, ensuring a professionally organized experience. Organiser's Description
The Sunny Willow Swim Club will host a Splash and Dash event for participants ages 7-15. The event is designed to introduce youth athletes to multi-sport competitions through the discipline of aquathlon (swim-run). Participants ages 7-10 will complete a 100 meter pool swim and 1 kilometer run, while athletes ages 11-15 will complete a 150 meter pool swim and 1.5 kilometer run. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A CUSTOM FINISHERS MEDAL AND COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST!

The Sunny Willow Splash & Dash is sanctioned by USA Triathlon (USAT), the governing body of multisport in North America. One of the many roles played by USAT is that of insurance provider for this race. As such, USAT requires that every participant be either (1) an annual member, or (2) purchase a one day membership. Memberships can be purchased during online registration.
