Sunrise Stampede

Overview:  
The Sunrise Stampede 5K with a 1-mile fun run is a family-oriented run/walk that has raised $290,000+ for student programs in the St. Vrain Valley School District.  All net proceeds support Special Education and Mental Health Teacher Innovation Grants.  These grants are awarded to teachers who have innovative ideas to enhance learning for students.  Help us continue a community tradition and support our students.  The courses start and end at Silver Creek High School, 4901 Nelson Road, Longmont, CO.  Race date is Saturday, August 10th – 8:00 am start.
Course Description:5K and 1-mile fun run course will start and end at Silver Creek High School, 4901 Nelson Road, Longmont, CO.  View course maps at www.sunrisestampede.org Award Information:The top male and female finisher in each 5K age group will be awarded the traditional Sunrise Stampede mug made locally by Mark Rossier Pottery in Niwot.
