The Sunrise Stampede 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk is a community celebration that brings together neighbors, schools, students, families, educators, local businesses, and supporters from across St. Vrain Valley.

Whether you run, walk, cheer from the sidelines, or volunteer, your participation helps strengthen our community and support local students and teachers. Join us in continuing this fun, back-to-school tradition!

* School Spirit Challenge The SVVSD school with the most participants wins a trophy and a $500 cash prize

Not a runner? You can still be part of the fun by volunteering to help with registration, course support, sponsor activities, setup, and more.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

5K and 1-mile fun run course will start and end at Fall River Elementary School, 1400 Deerwood Drive, Longmont, CO.

5K AWARDS: Awards will be presented to the top-3 overall male and female finishers. _Overall awards will be determined by the first three male and female finishers to cross the line._

In addition, the first place male and female finisher in the following categories will receive an award: 6 and under, 7-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+. _All age group finishers will be determined by net-time - your time will start when you cross the start mat, and will finish when you cross under the finish arch._

5K Wheelchair Division Awards (Male and Female): 18 & Under, 19 & Over

The 1- Mile Fun Run/Walk is an untimed event.
