Get ready to lace up your running shoes as the 5K race kicks off at 8:30 AM, following a delightful Kids 1 Mile Fun Run for ages 10 and under at 8:00 AM. Participants will enjoy a fun-filled atmosphere, complete with race bibs, drawstring bags, and commemorative t-shirts. Don't forget, to guarantee your race t-shirt, be sure to register by June 22nd, 2026!
After the race, stick around for the awards ceremony at 10:00 AM, where medals will be awarded to all finishers, and top male and female runners in each age group will be recognized. Even if you're not racing, come out to cheer on the participants and enjoy the festivities, including appearances from the Sheriff's Honor Guard, K-9 unit, and local food vendors. The _SUPER SPEEDER 5K_ directly benefits our _SHOP WITH THE SHERIFF CHILDREN'S CHRISTMAS PROGRAM_. This annual event is dedicated to help children in-need during the Christmas season. Please help us keep the spirit alive in children as we raise funds to help children in the Hall County community. We invite everyone to come out to beautiful Laurel Park and support our event. 100% of the proceeds go directly to the program. Donations are also welcomed.
